- If you don't need a TTOC, just save the completed document and email back to [email protected]
- If you needed a TTOC, you will have to print off the completed form, have your principal sign the document, then return the completed for back to the WVTA office by district (pony) mail, OR scan the signed document and send the scan to [email protected]
